Vincent will find his own way off the island even if he isn’t one of the oceanic six.

I think there is more to Vincent than meets the eye
he has often led people on the island to what they were looking for similar to Christian and the Black Smoke Monster. What do you guys think?

Theres definately something about this dog that donesnt add up. There isn’t enough evidence to suggest that its extra-ordinary as yet, but the whole “Locke and whistle” thing leaves something to ponder on.
Also, do you think he could understand what Christian Shephard said to him in the missing pieces video?? I know, a dog understanding a human, rriiiggghht!!, but what if Vincent was a person that has somehow transformed into a dog! Call me crazy, i dont mind, but rememeber this, theres was a cat called Nadia!!!!!
Peace +1
How cool would it be to see a Vincent flashback or flash forward?
As a dog and Lost lover, I’m sure we’ll see Vincent play an important role.
Other clues about dogs: There’s a portrait of a dog in Jacob’s cabin, when Sayid and Ben are working together in the future they meet in a vet clinic full of dogs (though this could be for convenience sake as a way to access surgical tools, antibiotics, etc. while avoiding a hospital). Plus, there’s the inevitable fact that they wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of putting a dog on the show (and keeping him in the show after the sad departure of Walt when Vincent heartbreakingly swims after the boat) without the dog having a role to play.
I believe at one point the producers toyed with the idea of having an entire episode shot from vincents point of view but decided it wouldn’t really work.
Yea, the only thing keeping Vincent from becoming a super popular character like Kate, Locke, Hurley Jack, Sawyer, or Charlie. is that he’s a dog, he can’t talk, and he can’t get anyone pregnant.
