Could this be foreshadowing? If, in fact, Ben and Locke are brothers, which had been speculated, could this possibly mean that from that moment on, Locke “mission” to save the island was begun and in so doing, he will be reunited with the brother he never met?
If anyone has any thoughts..please help

yep, just watched it, boone says it, then says john needs the wheel chair and we get the flashback to the airport.
Maybe he was talking about getting the Oceanic Six back to the island… the family being the losties…
he means to bring the family back together as in, rescue kate jack and sawyer and eko. but yes it may well allude to bring a family, that we dont know the extent of yet, back together
I think there may be some familial ties we do not even suspect yet…
Intresting, very intresting, just rewatched the episode.. it is true. Now it is a question of time to know who eslse is related apart from Jack and Claire, and also a very viable John and Ben.. :S +1
One big happy family… the DI represents the hippy parents, Kate is the ditzy daughter, Claire is the younger, awkward daughter and Jack is the straight-laced republican son. Is Sawyer that dumb kid next door? Buddy?
I miss family ties…
Maybe the family refers to Jack, Christian, Claire, and Aaron…and possibly Jacob.
