What the heck is strapped to his arm

Aright after watching last nights episode I am a bit confused as to what Keamey has on his arm?
I just want to know what my fellow Losties think is Strapped to Keamy’s Arm? I think It is a bomb to blow up the entire island, or something that signals Widmore…

I was thinking the same thing as sawyerlove…
Perhaps its linked to Keamy’s heartbeat and if he is killed it acts as a failsafe like sawyerlove suggested and would do the job of wiping out everything on the island.
Or maybe it will alert someone, widmore or whoever, that hes dead and cause a second wave of soldiers to be sent out to find the island.
Since he strapped it on after reading the “new protocol” that Widmore provided that would tell them where to find Ben, perhaps its related to either finding Ben or helping Keamy when he finds him… idunno
I actually thought it was a digital guitar tuner, or a generic MP3 player. I think I have one that looks just like it..
But enough teasing the prop crew. It’s probably meant to be a detonator to a bomb he’s got strapped elsewhere on his body, or on the ship. Could be a chemical bomb, though (which may explain why Faraday and Lewis turn off the gas on the island). Definitely a big party-pooper, if he were to be killed.

its definately a device set to trigger explosives if his heart stops beating, notice it was on the inside of the left arm, pretty close to the heart.
i go along with the idea of a pulse-doomsday-trigger.
