Locke is a lock and the key is Australia!

— Obscure

I remember a theory a few weeks ago where someone was very pleased with themselves because they were convinced they knew why the Swan station was named after a swan. He/she was so happy because of the simple purity of their theory. Well I feel like that about this. As I was drifting off to sleep the other day i had a brief moment of clarity. I have just remembered what it was so I will share it with you.

We all know from Locke’s name that he is a lock of some kind. I think 4.11 suggested he had the potential of future leader or saviour locked up inside him but he was not yet ready and needed unlocking.

Here’s the cheesy bit: Australia is the key. The walkabout in Australia is his key to unlock his potential and the rest is history.

It’s so simple I’m convinced that clears up the Australia is key line in the risk game. Australia has been the catalyst (perhaps a trick to get Locke on the plane but a key nonetheless) in getting Locke to release his potential.

Case solved?

They have names related to the scientists and philosophers of the past and present. Locke was an English philosopher.

Stop writing, start thinking and reading.

I was that Swan Station theorist, so welcome to the club of people who have had an idea that they are so comforatable with, that it really doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. Because we know we are right.

    It’s good here init ! +1 brutha

i like it, its simple, and doesnt involve some whacked out time travel/ course correction/ time loop/ parrallel universe aspect to it.
