Locke was chosen to replace Ben, Aaron is chosen to replace Locke.

The writers have said that the final ending of LOST will be bitter-sweet. So this is how I think the last scene of lost will go:

Locke goes to see Aaron, who for some reason, will no longer be in the care of Kate or anyone from the Lost group. Locke will place the same or similar objects in front of Aaron as Alpert placed in front of him in the latest episode. He will then ask Aaron which one is already his, and then the screen will go black with the Lost ending.

    Not sure that is how it will end, but it would be pretty cool. Perhaps one of the items would be the DS ring!

    Aaron wasn’t born prematurely which seems to be a must have for being accepted into the special school. This wouldn’t be that great of an ending in my opinion though, so I’m giving you a -1. Nothing personal, just my viewpoint.

    I hope like Wayne’s World they do the Scooby Doo ending with Jack as Fred, Kate as Daphne, Hurley as Shaggy, Faraday as Valerie and Vincent as Scooby and when they pull of the smoke monsters mask it was Old Man Widmore all along!
