Desmond saw Claire get on a helicopter because of what Charlie did to get himself killed. Claire is not one of the six and Aaron is…? What’s going on here?
Either Claire and Aaron both died and Kate had Sawyer’s kid, and named him in honor of the original Aaron, or Desmond’s visions don’t always come true, or Claire gets on the chopper, which happens to land near the cabin, but dies on the boat? WTF do you all make of this?
Desmond doesn’t lie, well maybe when he is having a sleep. But maybe the Christian Shephard intervention may alter events. Or maybe Claire and the baby do board a helicopter. Although knowing now what we do about the likely people in that helicopter, let us hope that Claire does NOT board that chopper.

It’s possible that in Desmond’s vision he saw Aaron in a woman’s arms in a helicopter and assumed that woman must be Claire… when, in fact, it was Kate.
desmond saw charlie get struck by lightening, fall off a cliff, drown (saving claire), and get shot in the throat. we all know that none of this happened. maybe one time in the future, there will be another helicopter.
I think that all is changing when Keamy kills Alex and Ben says “He changed the rules” and call Cerberus….from there on there is a twist of plot and also the visions of Desmond are affected from this happening,cause Keamy and his men cross Claire,Sawyer and Miles and they are forced to run away (thanks to Frank) there Claire meets Christian and the rest is history….
