I dont think Jack is in the Coffin, if he IS, why wouldnt kate go? When jack said “Your not even related to him” I dont think that would make kate soo angry she wouldnt go to her almost husbands funerl.
THe island can only heal you if you come ON it SICK
Take Rose, for exmple, she came onto the Island sick, and she was “healed”. Jack, got sick ON the island thus, the island could not heal him, If you come on the island sick, then it will heal you, if you get sick on the island, your on ur own.
About jack. I belive it is Hurley in the coffin, not jack. Kate would go see jack. But i have a fealing Hurley, does somthing bad soon with locke that makes kate not like him (does he kill claire? to prove himself worthy of the island?) B.c Claire and Kate got close, maybe kate did not want to see the man that made Kate raise Aaron.

We don’t know why Jack would go to Miles’ funeral. But apparently he has a reason.

Mikhail’s rapid recovery from the Sonic Fence injury sort of messes up the idea of ‘only being cured if you arrive sick. Unless you mean people who arrive sick are then permanently treated to being cured rapidly. Like the way Locke quickly got rid of his crutches not long after his legs had been crushed under the Blast Door… Which means Mikhail would have had to come to the Island sick to retain this ‘Island aid’.
It’s a reach. Naomi landed on the Island and sustained an injury in doing so. Does that mean she came to the Island sick? Or was injured on the Island? Whichever way it was, her punctured lung healed mega-rapid!
Plus Shannon arrived on the island with asthma and wasn’t healed…
