HORACE means: Hour in time!
goodspeed, supposedly comes from the expression ‘God speed (you)’; a wish for success for one setting out on an enterprise.
The Arrow station has something to do with math and mathematecians, and the Dharma Initiative is, indeed, an enterprise about time, and weird stuff on an island.
HOrace Goodspeed means, “time project” or something like that, I’m sure others can come up with something better, so there ya go!! AN enterprise involved with TIME!
OMG!
what a coincidence!
Have fun with anagrams and figuring out what Horace Goodspeed can be translated into!!!
HOrace is the dude that:
traps time?
Speeds up time?
trapping time in an hour glass called the ISland???
the time keeper?
time watcher?
time maker?
the guy that found father time, and named him Jacob?
try it out! I dare you!

‘e’s cheap do-gooder.
LOL, Leave it to you to come up with that anagram, Solar.
There also was this movie ” The Rock ” (1996) Nicholas Cage’ character was a Chemical Weapons Specialist , Name: Dr. Stanley Goodspeed
Maybe that is what Horace Goodspeed was ?
Horace is Stanly’s cousin? Nicholas Cage is in the coffin!
hmm, we never knew what Horace goodspeed did on the island for Dharma, but with that little conincidence of Chemicals and weapons, after the purge it was goodwin Stanhope who then became the chemicals guy.
i am not sure what anagrams you arrived at for Horace Goodspeed
all i came up with was
decrease dog pooh
