I think this is when Clairs Dad tells her she is related to Jack.
IF this is when she finds out, then she is not dead, b.c Jack Knows that he is aarons uncle when they leave the Island. I really dont want clair do die, but Claire will not just hand Aaron away, with Kate. So i think Either, after claire finds out about Jack, she (of course) trys to find Sawyer. Insteed she runs into the Army men, trying to get back to the helicopter, and they get her. They allready know, that ben will not care if they kill her, so instead they go to the beach, and do it to Jack. Before they kill her, Claire tells Jack that they are brother and sister. So after finding this out, Jack sents off to Get Ben, and hand him over to the bad ppl.
I dont know what else, but maybe Jack cant get ben, so they shoot Claire, that sadly that is the end of Claire. but i hope she lives!!!!!!

How would Claire know that her dad is Jack’s das as well?
I don’t think we have seen Jack discover that he is related to Claire yet. It may happen later in the series, but in everything we have seen yet, he doesn’t know.
I think it is safe to say that they eventually find out they are related. I say this because of the tone in Jack’s voice when he tells Kate, “You’re not even related to him”. It pretty much implies that he IS related to Aaron, and he would not know this without knowing Claire is his sister.
Yeah, I think he obviously knows about the relationship in the flash-forwards so he will find out eventually…
As for Claire not just handing the baby over… something that happened to her last night prompted her to leave the baby alone in the jungle so obviously something could happen to make her leave the baby with Kate…
I am assuming we get to see a flashback of what happens between claire and christian. It would be awfully bad form on the part of the producers to not see it.
My guess is Christian is taking Claire to Jacob for whatever reason (possibly against her will, why else would she leave Aaron?). I hate to bring up the religion theme again, but I think it’s all related and this whole Christian Shepherd/Aaron/Benjamin/Jacob thing is just getting more and more crazy.

I don’t really have any solid evidence so far other than the abandonment of Aaron, but I believe Christian and/or Jacob will be the force(s) that will split Claire from Aaron and it might even be a violent/deadly split.
Technically, the “you’re not even related to him!” comment from Jack to Kate neither confirms nor denies Jack’s knowledge of his relation to Aaron. I personally believe Jack is aware, that’s what makes his whole situation so uncomfortable.
Oh yeah - it never occurred to me that this might be what his original aversion to Aaron could be about. Interesting.

Sawyer will go back to the beach with Aaron. Kate and Sawyer (and whoever else) will go back into the jungle to find Claire. Jack cannot go because he is recovering. While Sawyer and Kate are trying to find Claire, rescue arrives. Jack leaves, with Aaron, Sun, Sayid, and Hurley, but comes back for the other survivors. Kate leaves, Sawyer decides to stay. They have not found Claire because she is being held captive by crazy Ben and Locke in Jacob’s cabin as a ransom for Aaron because they want Aaron also.
