When Sayid picks up the note that says not to trust the captain, he tells Desmond something.

I listened to it a few tims, and it sounds like Sayid is saying “3 days ago, Ben traveled to the freighter..” or something to that effect.

am i on crrrrrack?

can somone clarify what sayid says????
