Locke, Rose, Claire, Jin, Des, and who knows who else, have had something happen to them since being on the island.
Locke was paralyzed and can now walk. Rose thinks her cancer has gone away since crashing. Des can time travel in his mind. Jin ‘s part in making babies is now possible. Walt was already weird and got weirder.
Does this explain why Aaron is with Kate and why Jin is maybe dead?

Oh yeah, and Claire had a baby, which shouldn’t happen, which I’m not sure if it is because of the island or the others’ medical reserach. Maybe both, maybe not.
