Please remember your post may not show up for up to 5 minutes. I think if everyone will do this, it will be a tremendous help for all of us. Remember, patience is a virtue!
I think that this has been mentioned before a few times,on different posts. But I think it is worthy of repeating. Especially for some of the newer posters. Your theory and or comments may at times, take up to five minutes or more before they appear on the board.
Another thing that can be a problem, is to type in a complete theory, and or a comment, and have the Bad Gateway error appear. Your work does not have to be lost if you click on your refresh button, or (F5) in Internet Explorer. I am sure there are other fixes, with other browsers. I just can speak about any but IE. It may take a few times doing this , but it has always seemed to work for me. The reason for posting this is, as some of you already are aware of there have been a lot of double posts, and sometimes more than that.

Good post KSJ! btw, did it take a while for your theory to show up on the board? The refresh button doesn’t always do the trick for me but if I get the bad gateway message, I click the ‘go back one page’ arrow and copy my comment before I try to post it again just in case.
wtf, It actually posted fairly quickly! The refresh button has always worked,although at times ,it takes several gentle shoves. lol I think it may take longer for things to appear when there are several people trying to post at the same time.

You know the only thing I can think bad about this post,is it will get buried to page two by morning, and won’t be seen by enough persons to ( hopefully) make a difference. :-) But I tried!! lol
It’s also not a bad idea to highlight your main copy and hit Ctrl-C to copy it into memory. Then if you hit a Bad Gateway error and can’t get back, at least you can just paste the content back into a new message window. I haven’t seen this result in double posts.
Also, if you are putting substantial thought into your theory and it is more than a couple of paragraphs, write it up using MS Word (or your favoriter word processor), save it and then cut and paste it into the form. Then you can be patient and wait and see whether your theory/comment shows up — wait! even if you get an error message! the error messages (other than Bad Gateway) does not mean your post did not go through!
