During the episode when in which the people from the boat try to render the gas on the island harmless, we learn that Juliet had been seeing a shrink, Goodwins wife. During one of these sessions she is confront by Goodwins wife about the afair she is having with her husband. In the middle of this confrontation, Juilet’s shrink pointed that Juilet should not have been suprised that Ben has a thing for her, after all the special treatment Ben has shown her. Then the Shrink follows up by saying that he is not suprised, due to the fact that Juliet “Looks just like her”.
Who does Juliet look like? What would cause Mr. Whitmore to track down Ben and pay people to hunt him down? Can the answer to both questions have the same answer? I believe they do, and the answer is Penny. If you put a picture of Pennny and one of Juliet and but them side by side you will see that they look alike. That Penny, is the woman that Juliet’s shrink hints to during her outburst over the affair she is having. Some thing has happened between Ben and Penny that has caused Mr. Whitmore to put a price on Ben’s head. What that is I am not sure yet, but I am certain that there is a history between those two characters

I think it’s Widmore, but other than that I guess it is a possibility that Penny is Annie, or somehow otherwise connected to Ben.
