Public’s reaction: “What the F*&^?”

— HiMOM

No one is really talking about or speculating about how people are accepting the Oceanic 6 when the plane and passangers were found in the bottom of the ocean.

I mean, the bodies must of been retrieved, as no one would be cool with just leaving them down there. So, how are they explained to the public. We know they promised not to speak of the island, but it’s not like they’ve changed their identies.

So, I can only think of a couple scenarios to explain this.

  1. The Oceanic 6 were never found dead in the ocean. Maybe Ben or Whidmore knew that these folks would get off the island at some point for some purpose, so did not include them in the fake crash.

  2. The cover up has been exposed. Possibly the Oceanic 6 made a deal with Widmore to get them off, in return, the beans were spilled on Ben faking the wrekage. Doesn’t seem likely.

  3. The bodies are left in ocean and not identified.

What do Ya’ll think?? Any other possibilities or ideas you guys got???

They said in this episode that the plane was found with all of the passengers on board. This could be a lie… but I don’t think there would be any reason to lie about that.

Looks like once again we have more questions than answers.

How are they going to explain this!

Good point! They did say that ALL the passengers were found so they are going to have to explain this somehow. I think it will be exposed.

I was just referring to this, but it applies here too: That one scene where some man phones in after watching news of the wreckage to say that the corpse couldn’t have been the pilot b/c he isn’t wearing a wedding ring. I’m quite convinced this is hinting that someone staged the wreckage and not that it is supernatural or to do with two different time lines.
