This has been said about Juliet before, in an earlier episode.
Juliet looks like Jack’s ex-wife Sarah. Sarah left Jack for another man. Jack was going crazy trying to find out who it was, even accusing his father of being the man. But actually…………….. BEN is the other man!! this could also explain why Sarah was talking to Christian on his cell phone. we know there is a Christian Shepard/Island connection!!

Yes I remember Ben saying to Jack ‘Have you ever wondered why she looks just like your ex wife’ (not an exact quote but it was something like that) when Jack was locked up.
I think it was also insinuated that Juliet and Ben had a past.
didn’t we see sarah’s boyfriend in one episode though - she was getting into his car I think….
I was thinking there was a connection there, too - Juliet looking strikingly similar to women from Jack’s and Ben’s pasts. Was Juliet’s therapist saying that she looked just like Annie? And if so, is it possible that Annie could in fact be Sarah? Doesn’t seem all that far-fetched to me. We don’t know very much about Sarah’s past before she met Jack. And I agree, there must be something to the Christian Shephard connection. +1
we actually saw Sarah with 2 different guys, in 2 different episodes. maybe neither was her boyfriend, but they were bodyguards hired by her rich, powerful, paranoid boyfriend??
I think we saw Sarah’s boyfriend. But Penny, Juliette and Sarah do look like each other.
They probably meant either Ben’s childhood love, Annie-if she stayed alive and became his gf when they grew up- or his mother, take a look;

Yes, we saw Sarah getting into a car with someone but it was never made clear that he was the other guy.

It seems to me that when Harper makes the reference ‘You look just like her’. That she is speaking about a woman, not a child.
Could it be that Annie did survive the purge?
Did Annie and Ben get pregnant?
Did Annie & the child die?
Is that why Ben is seemingly obsessed with solving the fertility problem on the Island?
If it is true that Annie survived into adulthood and had (recently. using the term loosely) died, I can see why none of the Others would speak about it openly. Ben would kill them.
How did the idea that Ben is the man that Sarah started seeing once she stopped seeing Jack become even realistic? What purpose would that serve? Why would Juliet have papers about Jack’s history if Ben had been spending so much time off the Island to meet and woo his ex-wife?
“purpose”……..hmmmm…..in the LOST universe that really is at the writer’s discretion isnt it?? and we humble watchers really arent always privy to it, are we?? perhaps Ben isnt the one Sarah stopped seeing “once she stopped seeing Jack” but the REASON she left Jack?? perhaps the Island needed Jack free and vulnerable for it’s purpose for him…….?? and it appears that Ben has “files” on everyone on the island, even Juliet.
