Notice that he is wearing a remarkable jacket as well just like Ben did, and there is also a helicopter present to see the trick. This also explains the 4 toed statue.
The theory that goes along with this video, Jack and Locke are both wrong, Science and Faith are equally unimportant on the island, everything is done by magic and giant curtains.
