The Jacobian Bloodline carries with it amazing abilities…or does it?

We know they are Father and Son. Duh
In Mobisode 13, Christian is on the island, in the snazzy suit/sneaker outfit, and he tells Vincent to wake up his Son. This leads us into the beginning of the pilot episode.
How was Christian already there and aware (and not shocked) of his sons appearance on the island?
Jack seems to have an amazing ability to heal people with his surgery skills like the “miracle” job he did on Sarah. A lot of people theorize that Jack and Christian are related to Jacob and im not completely against that idea. The island seems to allow for miraculous healing and im not buying that it is related to the dilation of time like i have heard a few people say.
Is there a relationship between Jacob being one with the island and the ability of Christian and Jack to be such great surgeons? Help me out with some ideas.

If that would be true…. Then claire must have powers too!! And aaron of course!
That is true MysterySolver, rember Aaron had a fever and then got better, I bet Claire cured him. Also I have a feeling that Claire may have cured Rose’s cancer and just maybe she is also causing Ben’s injuries to be healing at the fantastic rate that is happening.
Considering all the injuries inflicted on Ben he should be giving the elephant man a run for his money.
Talking about healing hands, Juliette seems to need to save Jack’s life next episode. It appears that he is really, really, reallly ill. Maybe he needs an operation, maybe he needs an operation on the freighter, more hygienic,
Perhaps Jack’s medication was not to heal his pain, but to create symptoms that would fool the freighter folk,
And perhaps Juliette and Jack have planned this and done so without including Kate (again).
I only hope their ploys works before the healing powers of Claire arrive and cure Jack’s symptoms.
In Eggtown Kate said “I understand why you don’t want to see the Baby.” That leads us to believe that Claire did something for Jack that killed Claire. What if Claire somehow dies healing Jack?!
