I have figured it all out! I can offer expalnation’s for pretty much any island mystery, here are just a few examples: (major spoiler warning!)
The Monster - Exhaust fumes from the others using Dharma trucks.
The Whispers - The Other’s hiding in the bushes making spooky noises to scare the survivors.
Jacob - He has been ignored for a very long time as part of a Dharma experiment, and has spent so long feeling invisible, that mind over matter has actually made him invisible.
Jack’s Dad, Yemi etc appearing on the island - Locke is actuallly basting the Boar meat with his wacky jungle paste, and putting them all on a bad trip.
Polar Bear’s - Dharma brought them to see if they could survive in the heat of the jungle, as part of a bigger project the ultimate goal of which is to create a type of ice cream that never melts.
Why Flight 815 crashed - Marvin Candle set the whole thing up as a special birthday treat for his son, Billy Bunsen-Burner, who was tired of teleporting rabbit’s around the island.
Rousseau - Marvin just thought it would be nice to have a french bird about the place, but sadly she was mad.
So there you go, just as the writer’s said everthing would make sense in the end glad to be of help!

Go for it Das! I actually thought it was kinda funny…
Well there is anothert small island near alcatraz island with a large spring mounted barrel on it and on this island Dharma conduct experiments into the human survival instinct, and they do this by having a giant game of Pop-Up-Pirate, the subject is placed in the barrel and has sword’s jabbed into him through hole’s in the barrel, he has a level he can pull at anytime that will catapult him out of the barrel and into the shark infested waters.

you forgot one though. You forgot about how in S4 Jack trades Kate’s black horse for some magic beans that grown into a giant beanstalk into the sky. He, Sawyer, Locke climb to the top, to find a giant and his castle. Sawyer hightails it after capturing the hot chick that lays golden eggs. Locke gets stomped to death by the giant. Jack lures the giant to the edge, gives him a shot of tranquilizer then pushes the giant off the edge where he falls to his death.
Lockeko: Nice theory, +1 It has flair, drama and an edginess to it!
