As you all probably know, members Dharmaspy and Willsdad have been compiling a picture book all about Lost! The two recently met in Birkenhead to put their heads together and produce a picture book of the highest quality. I am delighted to say it was a roaring success! The book is coming along great, and I for one look forward to seeing the finished product, it’s gonna be ace!

Another outcome to the meeting, which was unexpected but I have to say, not suprising was that DS and WD got on like a house on fire and are now planning to form a civil partnership and I for one wish them both all the best for the future!

I was asked to write this post and extend an invitation to all LT members to come to Birkenhead! I think this would be a good chance for LT members to all get to know each other, who knows, perhaps even more happy alliances will arise from this meeting of the minds!

I have never been to Birkenhead myself but I have an uncle there who assures me it is lovely! If members are unable to secure their own accomodation my uncle has a friend who is currently squatting in large house, and will allow members to stay there for a small fee.

So if everyone will post dates which they would be available for the meeting, we can get this party started! I can’t make it next Thursday through till Sunday as I am going to a seminar (Cotton Buds: A blessing or a curse?) which promises some very heavy debate at the very least, so I will probably need a few days to recover, but other than that I can make any other day apart from Christmas Day/New Years Eve/Day, Saint Patricks Day, or Pancake Day.
