Before the posse starts attacking with “already debunked” and “check previous theories” what if cloning is involved in some way? I know the writers have said that the word “clone” will never be mentioned on the show but maybe they might wangle their way around it with bi-location or something! What’s everybody going to do, form a lynch-mob and attack their million-dollar mansions demanding answers? Personally i would prefer an advanced cloning programme that all the losties have all paid or volunteered to go on to better their lives and those around them than all the recent talk about loops and time-travel!! Just a thought - fill yer boots folks!!
I think we’ve all been cloned. I really like clones. I mean how many clones do they fit into that little car at the circus. Then there was that Steven King movie about Pennywise the killer clone. That was so scary. HOLD ON A MINUTE. We know that the writers love Steven King, and if he wrote about a killer Clone it would make sense for the show to be about clones. BTW, rodeo clones are the best.
After Rodeo Clones, my favorite is ice cream clones. They come in so many different shapes, sizes and flavors. The waffle clone from TCBY is the best.
Leftover clones can be saved and boiled later to create a delicious stock.
Maybe that is why the Others saved all the Dharma members’ clones after the purge.

I don’t agree with the theory, either, Magpie - but the comments here do seem unjust. Pun jokes without mention of the post itself.
I think that if the writers have stated outright it’s not clones then we ought to respect that. I like to think Lindelhof and Cuse have a too much pride in their work, and respect for their audience, to sell the show out cheaply on ideas they themselves debunked.
Oh, my word!
Isn’t George Cloney going to be a guest star on the next episode?
