what if the first person Jack called on the phone was Claire and not Kate?

Claire was the lady that crashed her car when Jack was on the bridge.
I’m just throwing this out for thought and I’m not sure if anyone else has posted this. I’ve tried to keep up to date on all posts, but there has been quite an influx lately.
Anywho, here are the reasons that I believe it to be Claire.
Jack is completely adamant about doing the surgery himself as if he has a personal stake in the outcome of the surgery. If this woman was not someone close to Jack I don’t think he’d give a damn about doing the surgery with the current alcoholic, drug dependent state he’s in.
Next, what if the first person Jack called on the phone was Claire and not Kate? Claire didn’t pick up the phone, but once she heard the message and how distraught Jack sounded, she got in her car and drove towards where Jack lives. On her way, she passes Jack about to jump off the bridge and crashes her car.
Furthermore, when Jack sees the kid in the lobby, who is apparently the son of the woman in the crash. Jack seems to recognize the kid and the kid recognizes Jack. I believe this boy to be Aaron and that is why they recognize each other.

Kind of a mess. First Jack was in LA and Claire in Australia in the flashbacks. And the crash that happens in the third season with Jack on the last ep was a flash forward, the woman appears and it’s not Claire. And the kid recognizes Jack simply because he was the one who rescued him and his mother, the boy also knows that Jack was at the bridge since he probably saw him before the crash there the reason for the odd look. Second Jack was all over the news, everybody seemed to know him after that event, even the guy standing behind him at the pharmacy.
Anyway I don’t believe that what you’re saying makes any sense, unless we are not talking about the same episode.
i doubt this is true, but its an interesting theory. they showed the woman who was in the crash and it was not claire. also, one of the doctors claimed that the reason that the woman crashed the car was because she noticed someone about to jump off the bridge. the woman didnt mention anything about being familiar with jack. i think the reason the kid recognizes jack is because he remembers that this is the man who saved him and his mother from the crash.
Ok, everyone feel free to call me crazy, but I thought the little boy that was in the crash looked like Ben as a child.
wait…are u saying that u think it was claire because of the epside when she really did get in an accident with her mom? or this would be a totally different accident? im confused.
You know, these were my initial thoughts exactly. I think it is very likely that Claire was in the crash. Yes, Jack is a good person but in his state I don’t think he would have made such a big deal about it unless he knew the person.
ur only saying that theory because u saw clare in a crash prevoiusly but that was in the past this is in the future
acctually the woman was shown at one point….do you remember? She is not someone that jack recognizes or the son…it is in deed Juliets sister. The woman who was incapable of concieving and juliet fixed it. The boy is her son that she gave birth to. good guess though.
Could the woman be claire’s mum? Oh no sorry.. cuz the kid said his mum was in the car crash…. This is too confusing!
