Okay, so it’s pretty likely that Kate’s pregnant. We know that Sawyer has a tape [presumably the one] exposing Juliette. We also know that there is some “truth” that Juliette wants Kate to know [which could be about the island] but Jack doesn’t.
Is it possible that Juliette has by now got Kate’s sample and knows whether she is pregnant or not?
Which leads to further questions if she is: -is that what Juliette wants Kate to hear? -will Juliette have reported it to Ben yet?
Let’s presume for a minute that Kate is pregnant and Juliette has already told Ben. Sawyer now has the tape. Before playing to the rest of camp, he will clearly listen to it on his way back. If he hears that Kate is pregnant, and knows that all pregnant women on the island will die, will he want to be the one who brings her the bad news?
Would Sawyer put up with Juliette or try to find another way to expose her in order to spare Kate distress?
Also, if this is not the case and we so far do not know if Kate is pregnant or not, will Juliette reveal whatever secret she and Jack are keeping before Sawyer returns and causes her seperation from the group?

Lots of great question and possibilities. I do hope Sawyer listens to that tape on the way back. If he just shows up and gathers the camp to listen before he does, I will be pissed. It may be more on that tape than just exposing Juliet. I aslo have a suspicion that Jack and Juliet may know that there is know way off the island, or something else significant about the island. I dont think Julliete just wants to tell Kate that she is pregnant. But who knows, that may be all she wants her to know.
Yes, VERY interesting speculations. It will be interesting to see how things turn out. But I agree that the context of Juliet’s comments seem to indicate that what she knew pertained to how people can get on or off the island (of at all).
I agree, it would be something of an anti-climax if that’s all the news is.
I pretty much ruled out the idea of them knowing a way off the island because Juliette is clearly more desperate to get off it than most of the survivors! I thought it more likely that they would tell her that it’s just the smoke-monster taking on the shape of a person or something like that, but Jack doesn’t want to shatter Kate’s hope… dunno!
Oh Im thinking that maybe when Julliet told Kate that she “broke Jacks heart” it was not just from hooking up with Sawyer but due to the fact that he knew (maybe because juliette had already told him) that Kate was pregnant with sawyers child, and he knew, (becuase Juliette told him) that she would die… just a thought …(that almost relates)
