Johns father said in the latest episode ‘I guess I didn’t raise no dummies.’. I’m pretty sure thats what he said. I don’t know if that just a saying, but if its not he said dummies…so maybe he knows of another son he had. May just be nothing, but it could be something.
Or another way of looking at it would be he just meant other people, maybe he ‘trained’ people to be con-artists I don’t know haha

Im thinking that if there are siblings thay are already on the island, like the Jack and Claire situation. not sure who though, could be an other or maybe bernard or some like that
maybe it was Bernard who cured Rose’s cancer. Open the box and anything you want is inside it. maybe Bernard has similar abilitys to Jon we just havent seen them yet. Maybe Bernard called Lockes Dad to the island…… Im going off on one now sorry
