We’ve learned through previous episodes that men are more fertile on this island through the Jin situation, so Sawyer would be at the ‘top of his game’ so to speak.
She wouldn’t be showing yet, and may only be showing symptoms soon. Bear in mind, Jin and Sun were together much, much earlier. In fact, it’s only been a few weeks since Kate and Sawyer were in the cage together. And a few other times back on the beach.
Juliette will make this discovery and at the end of the episode, Sun and Kate will be taken prisoner.

Now that you mention it, the fertility thing and Kate and Sawyer going at it repeatedly all around the same time… not to mention kates big issue about not being able to commit to another person, makes perfect sense.
“going at it repeatedly” seems that way doesn’t it haha. Its a strong possibility that Kate is pregnant.
