What if the whole island is an experiment?

Now, what if everytime the others interact with the losties they are putting them into some kind of experiment, to evaluate the result. I mean, the others would think of Jacob (who is supposed to be Ben’s superior) as their religious leader because that’s the only way Jacob was sure they would blindly obey him by exploiting this religious aspect of human mind. What if mad-Jacob set up a society in with Faith and Science coexist and fuse together by using his strange video and principally the smoke monster , which he now controls, that’s why the sonic fence was originally off when Juliet turned it on (probably also when John killed Mikhail), i mean that’s like saying “we love the smoke monster, please come in”. The purge is only part of the brainwashing program the poor others were put into. MAYBE also the fact that some of them think they were born on the island. This “community” of others is guided by some religious and scientific principles (they’ve been brainwashed) and poor genius Ben was also brainwashed, and he has the role of scientific leader among the others, always following orders from Jacob who is really a mad-genius-scientist, but when he met Hanso he was pretending to be a priest (it was his plan from the beginning to take over the island). The others can’t disobey Jacob, and that’s why Ben tells Jack Juliet can’t love him etc etc. This could mean they are still “normal” up to some level, but they MUST do wathever Jacob tells them, and poor others know that but can do nothing about that!! I mean, what if Jacob was trying to convert Eko after the judgement, but Eko revealed useless because the whole experience jacob had put him trough was not enought to let himself become “blinded” by religion, and thus vulnerable to brainwashing, Jacob then had to kill him. The final reason why Jacob is making all this fuzz remains still unknown.

version b: Jacob is really a priest, and he is receiving orders from Hanso OR i.e. he died and Hanso is using the smoke monster to appear to the others as Jacob’s spirit and make them believe there really is something behind this world. What i mean is there are some other models that work well with the thoery, it is flexible.

*After reading the theory “In Hanso’s own words” and what’s on hansoair.org, and having heard Naomi say she was working for Penny, i think they just crashed another plane in the pacific (they’re not in the pacific, they’re close to the pole), say 820, said it was 815 , and pretended it was 820 still missing, this was to declare all the passengers deceased.. This means they can’t get off the island, they’re officially dead! They must not tell anybody about the island, that was decided from the beginning! This to declare 815 passengers were dead and not missing, because if declared missing searches would find out the real flight path and some losties could send a signal that could be detected by search squads. Instead nobody knows the path was altered, cause they found the plane right there in the pacific! And the flightpath from the other plane would still lead them to search for survivor in the pacific, away from the island!!
