Maybe Naomi’s ship was out in the Ocean all along…and it is Military

Maybe the military knows where the Island is and knew the Island would basically “uncloak” during the equinox and forced the plane to fly to the location of the Island…..or maybe some of the military is somewhere on the Island…..maybe they are on Naomi’s ship and have been “watching” all along. They had been afraid to venture onto the Island because they knew people they had sent there before got “sick” . It could be that there is/was a runway on the Island, and it was their intent to have the plane emergency land, but Desmond screwed up and didn’t push the button.

Two of the Losties, Libby and Walt had people close to them die of a “rare blood disease”, maybe our losties were picked by the military to land on the Island because of their connections to the Island and because they were people who would be useful in other “experiments”. Maybe the military knew about the Island and had tried unsuccessfully to keep people on the Island (they would get sick) so they vacinated our losties at somepoint before they took off hoping that the vacine would work. Maybe Sam Austin wanted to save his daughter….didn’t Danielle say Brennan took the keys? Of course they could never send Naomi on the Island claiming to be there to save our losties, and Des had been in the hatch and they could see him…maybe….and of course they could have reproduced his “Penny” picture…It wasn’t the militaries intention to let the losties leave, so they faked the crash deep in the ocean before flight 815 ever took off.

Maybe Jacob’s List is simply people that were on the plane that the government/military wasn’t responsible for sending..
