Have you ever walked into a bar or pub full of regulars. You know, 7 or 8 folks that hang out their shootin’ the breeze (and eachother) all the time?

You ask a question or make a comment and they kind of look at you for a second, grunt, and then go back to carrying on with eachother.

If I had to pick who I would want to be it would be Locke. I think he has the most potential to find out what the island is all about and gets to blow stuff up in the process.

I was wondering that myself sham…especially because I’m a geek. Why did they upgrade the washer and dryer and NOT the computer? I know Sayid mentioned something about the motherboard being replaced, but I find it hard to imagine why they wouldn’t upgrade the hardware. I guess it’s the geek in me…

I’ve gotten a little lost trying to figure out what’s going on in this thread, so I’ll just say who I think it would be most fun to be on the island, Hurley.

I think Hurley gets to be involved in pretty much everything but is never really in danger. So he gets all the benefits of being on the island (adventure, sun, tropical weather, and a great view) and none of the drawbacks (being shot with spear guns, being tortured by a surgeon and a real Iraqi, being exploded, drowning in a submerged station, being mauled by smokie, etc).

Also he has a sweet van full of beer. Seriously could life be better?
