A time-space paradox created two 815’s! One crashed into the sea and other the island!

The Orchid was used to study time travel/teleportation utilisingthe magnetic amonaly of the swan hatch, which was the swans purpose - to power the time-travel/teleportation experiments in the Orchid station.
The scientists in the orchid atempted to teleport the 15 rabbit a few moments into the future, when they did this however it appeared to have failed but what actually happened was the rabbit was cloned and one copy was sent into the future. When the rabbits made contact this caused a paradox which we have heard referred to as ‘the incident’ and is what led to the need for the numbers to be entered into the computer. Dharma knew that such a thing could destroy space and time but didn’t want to stop the experiments so the created the computer to keep discharging it so that the experiments could continue. When Desmond failed to enter the code the same thing happened to 815, however one remained on course and crashed into the sea and the other was pulled to the island, this is why Naomi says 815’s wreckage was found and the survivours identified.

so how does naomi know about the one that crashed. if she is from another dimension how did she end up on the island. is it possible that the island exists in the same condition in 2 or more dimensions?
Sorry, Lockeko the put full theory in the wrong box i’ve fixed it now hopefully that will explain it for you! I don’t buy the whole Naomi from another dimension thing. I think Naomi’s from the real world and that the island is in the real world, the only reason ti was hidden was because of the looking glass and the magnetic anomaly both of which no longer exist.

I like it - actually, I think this is an excellent theory. I believe all the discussions about the “Orchid video” are really starting to shed light on the show, and the pieces of the puzzle are beginning to fall together.
Time may have been altered as well when Desmond failed to push the button. Not only did his failing to push the button result in the duplicate plane crashes, it also altered time, in that instant, for the plane crash survivors. +1
I like it, nothing wrong with this at all, People who hated the time trvel cloning conclusions are probably pissed off after the orchid video, but hey everyone cant be pleased all the time
I find it to be very plausible on all fronts. Very solid, with the theories of the Philadelphia experiment added to it it makes for some interesting brain food.

I don’t know about you but Kelvins explanation in Live Together, Die Alone just did’t do it for me. ‘Electromagnetism….the Incident was there was a leak’ I think we all pretty much sussed from the word go! I was hoping we’d get more on that in S3 but looks like it’s S4 now. Thanks for the point.
